PRIZES & PRIZE CONDITIONS: There will be one (1) Grand Prize, ten (10) First Prizes,
\nand one hundred (100) Second Prizes awarded.<\/p>\n

The Grand Prize Winner, upon the Administrator\u2019s confirmation of eligibility, will receive a
\nspa 5 day\/4 night trip for two (2) people to the Grand Cayman Islands (the \u201cLocation\u201d). The
\nGrand Prize package includes: (a) Two hundred and forty thousand American Airlines
\nAAdvantage\u00ae miles which may be used for travel on American Airlines or its \u201cAirline
\nAssociates\u201d (American Eagle or the American Connection\u00ae carrier) from any city served by
\nAmerican Airlines or its Airline Associates in the 48 contiguous United States to the Location.
\nTravel must originate and end at the airport nearest Grand Prize Winner\u2019s home that is served by \u00a0American Airlines or its Airline Associates. Approximate retail value (\u201cARV\u201d): $4,776; (b)
\nhotel accommodations for four (4) nights (one double occupancy room; room and tax only), (c)\u00a0$2,000 cash stipend, and (d) one (1) $500 Yankee Candle gift card. The ARV of the total prize\u00a0package is $9,776 which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to, airport taxes and fees, baggage fees, ground transportation\u00a0not specifically delineated, food, beverages, additional hotel amenities or fees and gratuities, are\u00a0the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and traveling companion. Sponsor is not responsible\u00a0for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by\u00a0the air transportation carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be\u00a0liable for any loss or damage to baggage and\/or personal property. All travel dates are subject to\u00a0change in Sponsors\u2019 sole discretion and flight availability to the Grand Prize Winners\u2019 destination; If the actual value of prize is lower than the stated ARV when prize is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded. Travel, hotel and other accommodations are subject to availability. Travel companion must be 21 years of age or older. The Grand Prize Winner and traveling companion must travel on same itinerary. The trip must be fully executed\u00a0no later than March 15, 2015, or the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Expiration date cannot be\u00a0extended. Certain blackout dates and material restrictions may apply.<\/p>\n

Each First Prize Winner will receive the entire Exotic Escape candle collection (FIVE large jar
\ncandles per winner). Each First Prize has an ARV of $139.50. Each Second Prize Winner will
\nreceive one (1) large jar candle from the Exotic Escape candle collection (Fragrance TBD;
