Write a short essay, maximum of 100 words per entry, of an inspirational figure who is \u201cChanging the Game\u201d in your community through fitness. Entrants will enter their motivational story about themselves, or someone they know. Judges are looking for: Inspiring examples of an individual\u2019s efforts of improving lives, or the community through fitness, sports, active lifestyles, or beyond.
\nHow to Submit Photos: Submissions must be received by December 1, 2013 at 11:59 PM ET. Candidates will be able to submit (1) photograph, (herein referred to as Image), with a maximum size of 208×177, using this entry form. Image must only include contestant, or the contestant with the team or group that he changes the game with (if applicable).<\/p>\n
