Grand Prize: (1 winner) Round-trip coach air transportation for two adults from the major US gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize winner\u2019s residence to Oakland, CA or San Francisco, CA; Car service transportation to and from airport; Two nights of hotel accommodations (double occupancy) at Churchill Manor; $500 gift certificate for The French Laundry restaurant; and 7-hour Limo rental for winery tours. All travel arrangements must be made by SPONSOR\u2019S agent. Grand Prize winner must arrange travel at least sixty (60) days in advance and Grand Prize winner and his\/her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Grand Prize is nonassignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed, except that exact travel times and individual components of Grand Prize are subject to availability and SPONSOR reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. All other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. The travel companion of the Grand Prize winner must be 21 years of age or older and must also sign a Liability and Publicity Release (where legal). The Grand Prize will be forfeited if such Grand Prize winner is unable to travel by November 1, 2010. Travel changes will not be accepted after reservations have been booked.
