Grand Prize winner must be able to travel summer of 2010 to attend X Games™ 16; if winner is unavailable on such dates, prize will be forfeited in its entirety without compensation of any kind and an alternate winner selected from among all remaining qualified entries received. Prize includes roundtrip coach air travel from gateway commercial airport closest to winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles International Airport (“LAX”), 3-day/2-night hotel (standard, double occupancy and room tax only) accommodations (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), transportation to/from LAX and hotel and to/from hotel and X Games™ 16, $300 in spending money, issued in the form of a check or gift card (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Winner understands and agrees that meeting Subaru Rally Team USA has no retail value and is subject to availability; and, if winner fails to meet Subaru Rally Team USA for any reason, Sponsor’s sole liability to winner will be to provide the remaining elements of the Grand Prize. Winner further understands and agrees that Sponsor and Agency make no representation that he/she will have the opportunity to meet any particular member of the Subaru Rally Team USA or as to the duration of the “meet and greet” event. Winner and guest must travel together on itinerary as set by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Valid photo identification is required for air travel. If winner lives within 150 miles of Los Angeles (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), ground transportation will be provided by Sponsor instead of air travel and winner will receive no compensation in conjunction with such modification. If, for any reason, winner’s eligibility cannot be verified and/or the prize cannot be fulfilled in time for winner to attend X Games™ 16 in summer, 2010, winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles (air travel, hotel accommodations, transportation to/from LAX and hotel) and a substitute prize of comparable value of Sponsor’s sole choosing. If winner or guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (if winner is a minor, parent/legal guardian will count as the one allotted guest; if guest is a minor, winner must be his/her parent or legal guardian).
