GRAND PRIZE (one [1] Grand Prize will be awarded):
\nThe Grand Prize shall consist of a 2010 hardtop MINI Cooper or equivalent model
\n(as determined in sole discretion of Sponsor) (“Vehicle”), including destination and handling and dealer fees and sales tax, as applicable.
\nApproximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is USD $25,000.00
\nThe Grand Prize winner will be required to provide proof of possessing a valid automobile driver\u2019s license in good standing as well as appropriate automobile motor vehicle insurance prior to the Grand Prize Vehicle being awarded. If the Grand Prize winner fails to provide such proof of possessing a valid automobile driver\u2019s license and appropriate automobile motor vehicle insurance within sixty (60) days of receipt of Grand Prize winner notification, the Grand Prize winner will be awarded the USD $25,000 cash alternative prize.
\nThe Grand Prize winner may choose to receive a cash alternative prize of $25,000.00 USD instead of accepting the Vehicle.<\/p>\n

SECOND PRIZE (two [2] Second Prizes will be awarded):
\nEach Second Prize shall consist of a 6-foot Surf Safari Surfboard.
\nThe ARV of each Second Prize is $750.00 USD<\/p>\n

THIRD PRIZE (fifty [50] Third Prizes will be awarded):
\nEach Third Prize shall consist of a Surf Safari Beach Towel.
