\n\u00a0GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest will receive a trip to Los Angeles and Grand Prize winner (only) shall receive five (5) consecutive one (1) hour training sessions with Bob Harper from The Biggest Loser\u00ae. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from themajor airport nearest the winner\u2019s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to a Los Angeles area airport; a 6-day\/ 5-night hotel stay (hotel to be selected by Sponsor, standard room, double-occupancy accommodations, room and tax only), ground transportation to\/from airport and hotel for Grand Prize winner and his\/her guest, transportation to training sessions for winner and $1,000.00 spending money. (Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $ 9,125.00) In the event Bob Harper is unable to fulfill the training sessions, Sponsor reserves the right to provide a comparable trainer who will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If winner resides within 200 miles of Los Angeles, ground transportation will be provided instead of air. Actual value of trip varies based upon point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Game prize will not be awarded. Any costs\/expenses not expressly stated herein, including but not limited to food and beverages, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his\/her guest. Guest of Grand Prize winner must be of age of majority in the state in which he\/she resides. Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Guests accompanying winner must sign and return a release of liability\/publicity prior to ticketing of prize.
