\nPRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:Eighty-three (83) prizes will be awarded. Prizes and approximate retail values are as follows:
\nGRAND PRIZE (3 Winners) – The Grand Prize includes two separate components: (1) The Ultimate ECKRICH\u00ae Party with Kirk Herbstreit at a 2009 college football game (details below), and (2) entry into the Grand Prize “Free Groceries for a Year Giveaway”.<\/p>\n

1. The Ultimate ECKRICH\u00ae Party with Kirk Herbstreit — Three (3) Grand Prize winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received at the end of the promotion, on or about January 30, 2009. Each Grand Prize consists of a 2 night \/ 3 day trip for four (4) to a 2009 college football game of the Sponsors\u2019 choice and a pre-game party with Kirk Herbstreit (food and beverage included); Trip includes: roundtrip travel for four (4) to the selected college football game of Sponsors\u2019 choice; three (3) days and two (2) nights\u2019 accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion (two single rooms, double occupancy); a travel stipend of $1,000; four (4) tickets to the selected football game of Sponsors\u2019 choice; and an autographed Kirk Herbstreit football. “Roundtrip travel” is defined as coach class airfare (from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the winner\u2019s primary residence in the U.S.), rail or other mode of transportation chosen by Sponsors\u2019 from the major airport or rail station closest to the Grand Prize winner\u2019s home to the major airport or rail station closest to the selected 2009 college football game location. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsors will determine airline and flight (or other mode of transportation) itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or selected mode of transportation. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsors\u2019 carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Any travel companion under 18 years of age as of the date of departure must be accompanied by an adult and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his\/her state of residence, at least one (1) travel companion must be winner\u2019s parent\/legal guardian. Each travel companion must execute liability\/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsors air travel is not required due to winner\u2019s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsors\u2019 sole discretion. Sponsors will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and\/or use. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $7,500.00<\/p>\n

2. “Free Groceries for a Year Giveaway” — All three (3) winners of “The Ultimate ECKRICH\u00ae Party with Kirk Herbstreit” Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be automatically entered for a chance to win Free Groceries for a Year as an additional prize (odds of winning, 1 in 3). The Free Groceries for a Year additional prize will be awarded to one of the three Grand Prize winners via a random drawing at “The Ultimate ECKRICH\u00ae Party with Kirk Herbstreit”. The Free Groceries for a Year is constituted of $5,200 (the equivalent of $100 a week for 52 weeks). Taxes and gratuities are not included. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,200.00<\/p>\n

FIRST PRIZE – Five (5) First Prize winners will each receive a $250 “tailgate party” gift card to the supermarket of their choice. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $250.00<\/p>\n

SECOND PRIZE – Twenty-five (25) Second Prize winners will each receive an autographed Kirk Herbstreit regulation college football. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $75.00<\/p>\n
