Add an overview essay of your Big Idea and why it is so “BIG” in three hundred (300) characters or fewer. Collectively, your photo and your overview essay are your “Content” or your “Submission.” Acceptable formats for your photo are .JPEG, .JPG, and .PNG with a maximum of 10MB. No individual other than you should appear in the photo.
Limit of one (1) Submission per person per day during the Contest Entry Period and up to one (1) vote per person per day for those participating in the Public Voting Period.
JUDGING/DETERMINING THE SEMI-FINALISTS, FINALISTS, AND THE CONTEST WINNER: At the end of the Contest Entry Period, a panel of qualified judges, selected by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will score each Submission up to the maximum number of points allowed. Judges will review and judge all eligible Submissions based on the following judging criteria (“Judging Criteria”):
The creativity and originality of your Submission (45%)
The innovative nature of your Submission (45%)
The clarity and quality of photo portion of your Submission (10%)
Quality, clear Submissions will be favored over those with an image that is difficult to see due to darkness, low camera quality, blurriness, etc.
PRIZES/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: There will be one (1) Grand Prize and nine (9) other prizes awarded in this Promotion.
ONE (1) CONTEST GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize will consist of a check for $25,000 made out to the winner, terms and conditions apply.
The Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $25,000.
FOUR (4) FINALIST CONTEST PRIZES (for the non-Grand Prize-winning Finalists): Each Finalist prize will consist of $500 in Denny’s gift cards, terms and conditions apply.
The ARV of each Finalist Prize is $500.
FIVE (5) SEMI-FINALIST CONTEST PRIZES (for the Semi-Finalists who did not win another prize): Each Semi-Finalist prize will consist of a $100 Denny’s gift card, terms and conditions apply.
The ARV of each Semi-Finalist Prize is $100.
The total ARV of all prizes awarded in this Contest is $27,500.
