GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize consists of the following: A trip for the winner and one adult guest to the January 2024 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Scottsdale, Arizona. (the “Auction”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Trip is $5,000. The Prize package consists of round trip, coach air transportation for two from a major commercial airport near the winner’s home (chosen at Sponsor’s sole discretion) to Phoenix, Arizona departing on January 21, 2024 through January 28, 2024. Seven nights lodging (standard accommodations, double occupancy) car rental, $400 for incidentals, lunch and dinner and entrance to the auction each day.
$40,000 maximum credit to use to bid on and purchase one (1) vehicle during the Auction (the “Auction Money”). Winner must register for the Auction to bid, including signing Barrett-Jackson bidder agreement and related documents. Insurance is not included in the prize. The Auction Money may only be used to bid and purchase one (1) vehicle during the Auction and for no other purpose whatsoever. The winner shall, prior to travel, complete Barrett Jackson’s bidder agreement and related documents, and agree to Barrett Jackson’s standard terms and conditions in connection with being a registered bidder at the Auction. The Auction Money may not be used as cash by the winner. The total ARV of the Grand Prize in this Sweepstakes is $45,000
