Prize (1): The prize is a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people – winner and one (1) guest who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older – to the CMT Live In The Vineyard (“CMT LITV”) event in Napa, California, scheduled to occur in November 2021 (“Prize”). Prize includes two (2) CMT LITV 3-day passes (for winner and guest), food and non-alcoholic beverages while at CMT LITV, two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations in a Napa-area hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy), round-trip daily transfers between the hotel and CMT LITV, select artist meet and greets (subject to availability, talent selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion), and $1,000 made payable to the winner that may be used for transportation or other incidentals. Winner’s guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. The ARV of the Prize is $10,000.
