GRAND PRIZE (1): $100,000 USD (one hundred thousand U.S. dollars awarded in the form of a check), to be used by the winner to compel the concept described in their winning entry forward. In addition, Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two people to/from the Cable-tec Expo (“Expo”) currently scheduled for October 2022, on specific dates and at a location to be determined (“Expo Trip”), and an opportunity to showcase their winning entry during the Expo. Expo Trip consists of roundtrip air transportation from/to major gateway airports near travelers’ residence and Expo location; and up to three (3) nights lodging (standard room/double occupancy). If winner is a team or business entity, the team representative or authorized business entity representative, as applicable, is solely responsible for selecting two people to participate in the Expo Trip. Sponsor will pay for the described Expo Trip elements up to a maximum of $5,000 USD. Winner is responsible for any Expo Trip expenses exceeding $5,000 USD. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Expo Trip: $5,000 USD. ARV of entire Overall Grand Prize: $105,000 USD.
FIRST PRIZE (1) per Category: $50,000 USD (fifty thousand U.S. dollars awarded in the form of a check), to be used by the winner to compel the concept described in their winning entry forward. In addition, each Category First Prize winner will receive the Expo Trip described in the Overall Grand Prize description above. ARV of Each Category First Prize: $55,000 USD.
PEOPLE’S CHOICE PRIZE: $10,000 USD (ten thousand U.S. dollars awarded in the form of a check).
