First Prize. On or around the Drawing Date for each Entry Period, three (3) First Prize winners (“First Prize Winners”) will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received by the close of that Entry Period. There will be a total of thirty (30) First Prize Winners. Each First Prize Winner will win the following prize (the “First Prize”): one (1) Schaller & Weber Branded Wooden Oktoberfest gift box containing one (1) Weisswurst pack (12 Wurst), one (1) 16 ounce jar of German delicatessen sauerkraut, one (1) 9.5 ounce jar of Bavarian Sweet & Spicy mustard, eight (8) imported German pretzels, and one (1) Paulaner branded 1 liter glass mug. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize is $70.00. The ARV of all First Prizes to be awarded is $2100.00.
Grand Prize. On or around 10/26/22, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible First Prize Winners. The Grand Prize Winner will be awarded the following prize package (the “Grand Prize”): (i) two (2) VIP passes (one for the Grand Prize Winner and one for the Grand Prize Winner’s guest (“Guest”) to the 2023 Oktoberfest (the “Festival”) in Munich Germany which is scheduled to take place in September of 2023 (Specific dates for the 2023 Oktoberfest have not yet been determined and will be provided to the Grand Prize Winner as soon as possible); (ii) roundtrip coach airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest from the international airport in the continental United States that is closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Munich, Germany, and (iii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel stay in Munich, Germany at a hotel selected by Sponsor. Accommodations will include one standard room with double occupancy and a morning breakfast. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,500. The ARV of all Prizes to be awarded is $5,600.00.
