Prize will consist of one (1) trip (“Trip”) for Winner and three (3) guests (collectively, “Guests”, each a “Guest”) to one (1) of the following two (2) destinations (as chosen by Winner): EITHER (a) Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida (“UO Trip”) OR (b) Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles, California (“USH Trip”).
UO Trip and USH Trip may be collectively referred to as “Trip” or “Trips,” unless otherwise specifically identified herein.
If the UO Trip is chosen, UO Trip will include the following: (a) roundtrip economy air transportation for Winner and Guests from a major airport located within the United States near Winner’s place of residence (as determined by Universal in its sole discretion) to a major airport located in Orlando, FL*; (b) three (3) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) for Winner and Guests at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by Universal in its sole discretion); (c) non-exclusive ground transportation for Winner and Guests in Orlando, FL between the airport and hotel*; and (d) 3-Park 3-Day Park-to-Park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, and Universal’s Volcano Bay Water Theme Park for Winner and up to three (3) Guests.
*For a winner who is a Florida resident and selects the UO Trip, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Universal in its sole discretion.
If the USH Trip is chosen, USH Trip will include: (a) roundtrip economy air transportation for Winner and Guests from a major airport within the United States near Winner’s place of residence (as determined by Universal in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA**; (b) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Sheraton Universal Hotel (or at another nearby hotel as determined by Universal in its sole discretion); (c) non-exclusive ground transportation for Winner and Guests in Los Angeles, CA between the airport and hotel**; and (d) two (2) days’ general admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood for Winner and up to three (3) Guests.
** For a winner who is a California resident and selects the USH Trip, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Universal in its sole discretion.
If Winner chooses to partake in any portion of the Prize with fewer than three (3), or no, Guest, the remaining elements of Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors’ Prize obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Each Guest, if any, may be required to execute and return releases of liability and, where legal, publicity releases (collectively, “Guest Documents”), which must be returned with the Sweepstakes Documents, or Guest portion of the Prize will be forfeited. If any Guest is a minor, Winner or one of the other Guests must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian and must execute and return the Guest Documents on such minor’s behalf. Winner or one (1) of the Guests must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of Prize redemption in order to check into the hotel.
Prize does not include incidental charges, extras, and/or gratuities. Prize does not include alcohol. Additional restrictions may apply. Reservations are subject to availability. Prize is subject to blackout dates, including holiday days, and other dates as determined in Sponsors’ and/or Prize Provider sole discretion. PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATIONS, PARKING, OR TRANSPORTATION BEYOND THAT SPECIFIED ABOVE.
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of UO Trip is four thousand four hundred and two dollars and eleven cents ($4,402.11). Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of USH Trip is four thousand six hundred twenty-six dollars ($4,626.00).
