A winner (or their parent/legal guardian if winner is a Minor) must claim the prize by December 6, 2021, and return Prize Claim Documents by December 13, 2021. Once verified as a winner the Prize will be sent to the winner at the address provided during the prize claim process for delivery in approximately six to eight weeks.
