PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to
Charlotte, NC (the “Destination”), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States,
nearest to winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves
the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles
of the Destination; (b) one (1) hotel accommodation for three (3) nights (one double occupancy
room and room tax only) checking in Friday, February 15, 2019 and checking out Monday, February
18, 2019; (c) two (2) tickets for the State Farm All-Star Saturday Night at Spectrum Center in
Charlotte, NC on Saturday, February 16, 2019; and (d) two (2) tickets for the NBA All-Star Game at
Spectrum Center in Charlotte, NC on Sunday, February 17, 2019. (The events to which the prize
elements relate in (c)-(d) above are defined herein as “Events.”) All Event ticket seat locations shall
