Fifteen (15) “Grand Prizes”: Each winner of the Grand Prize, subject to verification, will receive a OnePlus 8T+ 5G Device in aquamarine green, ARV $749.99, plus a check for $321 that winner can use for taxes or in their sole discretion. The total ARV of the Prize is $1,170.99. Prize is the device only and does not include service. Winner (or if winner is a Minor, his/her parent/legal guardian) must follow the instructions in Rule 4 and 5 above to claim the prize. All completed Prize Claim Documents must be submitted for receipt by November 2, 2020, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Once verified as a winner, the prize and check will be mailed to a winner at the address provided in the Prize Claim Documents for receipt in approximately six to eight weeks.
