Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available of a $100,000 prize to be awarded to the parties as described below in the event the same driver wins both the NASCAR Cup Series races scheduled at Pocono Raceway on June 26 and 27, 2021 (each, a “Race” and, collectively, the “Races”). If the same driver does not win both Races or cannot start/compete in the second Race, no Grand Prize will be awarded. In the event of a delay or rescheduling of a Race resulting in a new date and/or time for the start or completion of such Race, the rescheduled race, as determined by Sponsor and/or NASCAR, will be deemed a Race. In the event a Race is cancelled or cannot be or is not rescheduled at Pocono Raceway, no Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize includes:
$18,000 awarded to each of the following five (5) charities (each, a “Charity”):
Pocono Mountains United Way;
Salvation Army Pocono Mountains;
Carbon County Community Foundation;
Greater Pike County Community Foundation; and
Wayne County Community Foundation.
$10,000 awarded to one (1) entrant selected from among all eligible entries received as described herein (the “Grand Prize Entrant”).
The ARV of Grand Prize: $18,000 per Charity and $10,000 for the Grand Prize Entrant.
