Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter any of the Giveaways without completing the requirements outlined under “Online Entry” above, send an email to contest@caffelli.com during the Week 1 Promotion Period and/or the Week 3 Promotion Period, including your first name, last name, address, city, state/province/territory, postal/zip Code, daytime telephone number, date of birth and email address.
