One (1) First Prize: First Prize winner will receive First Class Air Domestic Travel Upgrades For One (1) Year paid as $5,000.00. Prize will be awarded as $5,000.00 cash in the form of a check in the name of the Grand Prize winner.
One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive First Class Domestic Air Travel Upgrades For Life paid as $5,000.00 a year for 20 years. Prize will be awarded as an annual cash payment of $5,000.00 for twenty (20) years to be paid out in the form of an annuity without interest. The twenty (20) year period will begin to run during the first calendar year at the time of the prize award (e.g., 2018). Any changes to winner’s current employment/business ownership/business relationship status will not affect eligibility for annuity payments. Annuity payments are subject to winner providing Sponsor/Administrator with up-to-date address information for processing purposes (and, any failure to update Sponsor/Administrator as to address information [or if address information is otherwise incomplete or inaccurate] may result in any outstanding annuity payments being declared void and forfeited. Unless expressly exempted by Sponsor in writing in its sole discretion; winner understands and agrees that his/her ability to receive annuity payments cannot (i) be transferred, bartered or sold to a third party or (ii) expedited/accelerated without the express prior written consent of Sponsor and any such attempted sale/activity without such express prior written consent is void and of no legal effect.
The Grand Prize Winner will have the option in lieu of receiving the Grand Prize to accept $50,000.00 cash to be awarded in the form of a check in the name of the Grand Prize Winner, payable within 30 days of verification of winner (“Substitute Prize”).
