Weekly “Promotion” Prizes: Up to Three Thousand (3,000) Red Gold Aprons will be awarded.
One thousand (1000) winners will be randomly selected each week (for 3 “Weeks”) of all eligible entries (1 per household, while supplies last). Odds of winning a Promotion prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. (ARV, $4.20 each) ARV of total prizes: $12,600
Grand Prize Winners: Three Grand Prize Winners will receive a Red Gold Lasagna Party Kit, including one (1) Red Gold apron, one (1) Red Gold spatula, one (1) Garfield plush toy, one (1) Le Creuset Signature Cast-Iron Rectangular Roaster, one (1) $25 Visa Gift Card, and all the ingredients to make the Red Gold “Simple Gourmet Lasagna” having an MSRP of approximately US$250. “Completed Referrals” by entrant’s family and friends increase their chances of winning the Grand Prize. Odds of winning a Promotion prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance and use of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the individual prize winners. The ARV of each prize set forth above represents Sponsors good faith determination of the retail value thereof, and the actual fair market value, as ultimately determine by Sponsor, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. The ARV does not include shipping and/or handling cost of prizes to winners.
For all Prizes: No cash equivalent will be awarded and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
