The Dearfoams® “The Family You Choose” Sweepstakes prize consists of:
A photography session in front of winner’s home (or location that winner feels safest) to capture “The Family You Choose” family meal celebration ($250 value) from PhotoShesh or similar photography partner that is selected by Dearfoams. Photography session will be scheduled by Dearfoams® or its promotional agency (Wildfire LLC) based on provided availability of winner. Intent of this photo session is to not only capture “The Family You Choose” but also select images that Dearfoams will be using for marketing and PR purposes (i.e. check with donation to winner’s local food bank, family together wearing slippers, etc.). Select additional photography can be purchased directly from photographer if the value exceeds the total $250 prize value.
Prize pack to be mailed to prize winner’s address given in the Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release/Tax forms:
Up to four (4) pairs of 2020 Limited Edition Matching Family slippers of the entrant’s choice of style (i.e. papa bear, mama bear, lil bear, baby bear, etc.) and size (up to $144 value). Slippers are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for any reason.
One (1) 2020 Limited Edition Matching Family teddy bear ($18 value).
One (1) $500 gift card to Williams-Sonoma (for food purchase) that can be used at the sole discretion of the winner, but ideally shared with family near or far to come to the table together this holiday, no matter if it is in person or virtually.
One (1) $500 gift card to Target to use on holiday décor, gifts, or whatever prize winner wishes
The approximate retail value (ARV) of each winner’s prize pack is approximately $1,412 each; $9,884 total in prizes.
