ET to 9:45 P.M. ET and/or 10:30 P.M. ET to 10:45 P.M. ET on Wednesday, June 12, 2019
and/or 9:30 P.M. ET to 9:45 P.M. ET and/or 10:30 P.M. ET to 10:45 P.M. ET on Wednesday,
June 19, 2019 and/or from 9:30 P.M. ET to 9:45 P.M. ET on Wednesdays from June 26,
2019 to August 7, 2019 to view the lucky case number (“Lucky Case Number”). Then go to
www.twitter.com, (“Twitter Site”) and (1) if you already have a Twitter account, log on using
your Twitter user name and password, become a follower of @DealNoDealCNBC by searching for “Deal or No Deal CNBC”, clicking on the Deal or No Deal icon and then clicking the “Follow” button or (2) if you do not already have a Twitter account, create a free Twitter account according to the instructions on the Twitter Site and follow @DealNoDealCNBC as indicated in (1) above. You must follow @DealNoDealCNBC throughout the Sweepstakes Period and for at least ten (10) days thereafter (for potential notification purposes) to participate in the Sweepstakes and be eligible to win. You may unfollow @DealNoDealCNBC after the ten (10) day notification period.
Once you have become a follower of @DealNoDealCNBC, you will be required to submit a
Tweet with the Lucky Case Number, the hashtag “#DONDsweepstakes”, and tagging
@DealNoDealCNBC (the “Entry”). You must include “#DONDsweepstakes and
“@DealNoDealCNBC” in your Entry or your Entry will not be valid.
A correct Lucky Case Number is required to enter
You may enter one (1) time during each Entry Period for a total of ten (10) entries during
the Sweepstakes Period.
First Prizes: There will be ten (10) first prizes (“First Prizes”, each a “First Prize”) awarded.
Each First Prize Winner will receive one (1) First Prize consisting of the following: ten thousand ($10,000) U.S. dollars.
Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded to the Grand Prize
Winner consisting of a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and up to three (3) guests
(“Guests”) to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida (“Trip”).
Trip will include: round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3)
Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Universal
Orlando in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL; 3- Park 3-Day Park-to-Park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay Water Theme Park for Winner and up to three (3) Guests (“Park Visit”); and admission to one (1) Blue Man Group Show (exact date and time to be determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion) for Winner and up to three (3) Guests (“Show”). Winner must collect their Grand Prize (defined above) by August 7, 2020
Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Estimated
Retail Value (“ERV”) of Grand Prize is Four Thousand Seventy Six and 64/100 Dollars
($4,076.64). ERV of all Prizes is One Hundred and Four Thousand Seventy Six and 64/100
Dollars ($104,076.64)
