Four (4) Prizes: Each winner will designate one (1) caregiver (“Designated Caregiver”) located in the 48 contiguous United States or D.C., who will receive a 3-day/2-night trip to visit the winner at his/her place of residence (“Prize”). For purposes of these Official Rules, Designated Caregiver is defined as any person who has reached the age of majority in his/her state of residence. Prize includes (i) round trip economy air transportation for the Designated Caregiver to/from a major commercial airport near the winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and (ii) two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (single room; double occupancy) for the Designated Caregiver at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,200 each.
