Grand Prize (1): A maximum of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded under this Sweepstakes. The “Grand Prize” consists of one
(1) trip for the confirmed Grand Prize winner and an adult guest of his/her choosing to attend the race in Phoenix, Arizona scheduled
to take place on November 10, 2019 (the “Race”), including: two (2) Pit Passes; a meet and greet with Michael McDowell at the
Race (subject to availability); round-trip, economy class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest the Grand Prize
winner’s home to the major commercial airport nearest the Race; one (1) double occupancy, standard hotel room for three (3) days
and two (2) nights at The Wigwam Resort in Litchfield Park, Arizona; and two (2) $250.00 Visa® Reward Cards to use towards
ground transportation to/from the airport and hotel and to/from the hotel and Race, miscellaneous expenses and/or incidentals. The
Grand Prize winner and his/her guest will arrive on November 9, 2019 and depart on November 11, 2019. The Grand Prize winner’s
guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,700.00.
First Prizes (10): A maximum of ten (10) First Prizes will be awarded under this Sweepstakes. The “First Prize” consists of a Daniel
Boone Green Mountain Grill with the following features as described by the manufacturer:
i) A digital Wi-Fi controller to control and monitor the grill through the manufacturer’s iOS or Android mobile application;
ii) A meat probe;
iii) A peaked lid for stand-up racks;
iv) A convenience tray with utensil hooks;
v) Hard rubber tires;
vi) A venturi-style firebox for cyclone combustion;
vii) A thermal sensor (“Sense-Mate”) which constantly monitors the ambient temperature;

Second Prizes (30): A maximum of thirty (30) Second Prizes will be awarded under this Sweepstakes. The “Second Prize” consists
of a BlueParrott B250-XTS Wireless Headset.
The ARV of each Second Prize is $99.99. Total ARV of all Second Prizes for this Sweepstakes is $2,999.70.
