TWO (2) PRIZES: Each prize consists of a trip for the prize winner (“Prize Winner”) and one (1) guest (aged 18 years or older) departing on February 2, 2019 and returning on February 4, 2019 to Atlanta, GA to attend Super Bowl LIII scheduled to be held on February 3, 2019 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA including round-trip economy class air transportation (airline/flight times to be selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion) for Prize Winner and his/her guest between the major commercial airport closest to the Prize Winner’s permanent residence at the time of entry to Atlanta International Airport, two (2) consecutive nights accommodations (one standard double occupancy room inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees) at a hotel to be designated by Sponsor, two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LIII (exact seating to be designated by Sponsor), a cash allowance awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Prize Winner in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000), and a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check made payable to the Prize Winner, which is intended to assist with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”). The amount of Tax Gross-Up Payment is computed based upon the actual retail value of the prize and assuming that the Prize Winner’s combined tax rate for all federal, state, and other tax obligations related to such prize is 33%. The Tax Gross-Up Payment is intended to assist with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the prize. The Tax Gross-Up Payment may not be sufficient to cover the Prize Winner’s entire tax liability related to winning the prize. Sponsor will comply with all tax reporting requirements, including issuing a Form 1099-MISC issued to each Prize Winner for the fair market value of the prize awarded.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the each prize is $5,000. The total ARV of all prizes is $10,000.
