One (1) winner will receive a trip for the winner and five (5) guests to the location of a regular season NFL, MLB, NHL, or NCAA game of the winner’s choice, including:
(a) Six (6) seats on a private flight for the winner and guests for up to four (4) hours of flight time (round-trip) from/to an airport near to the winner’s residence to/from an airport near the location of the selected game, valued at $4,695 per hour. Any flight time over four (4) hours will be billed at retail rates to the winner. Any unused flight time will be forfeited. The winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary. All air transportation details will be determined by Wheels Up Partners LLC (“Wheels Up”), in its sole discretion and winner will be required to agree to Wheels Up’s terms and conditions applicable to the flight. Wheels Up acts as agent for the passengers, and does not operate aircraft; FAA licensed and DOT registered air carriers participating in the Wheels Up program exercise full operational control of the program aircraft. All aircraft owned or leased by Wheels Up are leased to the operating air carrier and are operated exclusively by that air carrier.
(b) A gift card in the amount of $2,500 to cover lodging for the winner and guests for two (2) nights and incidentals. All lodging details will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
(c) Up to $4,999 towards the purchase of six (6) tickets to a selected game. Sponsor will purchase the tickets and work with the winner to accommodate the winner’s requests. Tickets are subject to availability and exclusions, and the tickets and all related details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions, as specified thereon. Winner and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations.
(d) A $2,500 shopping spree provided by Vineyard Vines.
The approximate retail value of the prize is $28,779.
