Grand Prize. On or around 10/26/22, five (5) Grand Prize Winners (each a “Grand Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected from among all eligible First Prize Winners. Each Grand Prize Winner will be awarded one (1) of the following prizes (the “Grand Prize”) to be chosen by the Grand Prize Winner: either one (1) authentic Oktoberfest Dirndl or one (1) authentic Oktoberfest Leather Lederhosen. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $400.00. The ARV of all Grand Prizes to be awarded is $2,000.00.
First Prize. On or around the Drawing Date for each Entry Period, three (3) First Prize winners (“First Prize Winners”) will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received by the close of that Entry Period. There will be a total of thirty (30) First Prize Winners. Each First Prize Winner will win the following prize (the “First Prize”): one (1) 6-piece set of branded Hacker-Pschorr one (1) liter steins. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize is $20.50. The ARV of all First Prizes to be awarded is $615.00
