One (1) “Grand Prize”: One (1) winner of the Grand Prize, subject to verification, will receive a trip for winner and one guest to Las Vegas, NV to attend UFC 245 on December 14, 2019, at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV. Trip includes economy-class round-trip air travel from the airport nearest winner’s home in the U.S. to Las Vegas, NV December 13 to December 15, 2019, airport/hotel round-trip ground transfers in Las Vegas, two nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room) in Sponsor’s sole selection, two tickets to the event, and a check for $1,115 that winner can use for meals, travel expenses and/or taxes in his/her sole discretion , ARV: $3,715. Prize must be claimed by October 15, 2019, and completed Prize Claim Documents must be executed and returned for receipt by October 21, 2019. Once the winner is verified, they will be notified by the Redemption Center, who will work with winner to arrange the trip. Travel must be completed in conjunction with the event on December 14, 2019, or the prize will be forfeited.
Fifty (50) First Prizes: Each winner of the First Prize, subject to verification, will receive a T-Mobile phone case designed by artist David Flores, for winner’s selection of one of the following: iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone X, iPhone XS Max, Samsung Galaxy Note10 or Samsung Galaxy S10, ARV: $52. Prize does not include a phone.
