a. One (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) which consists of:
A two (2) night stay in a hotel room at a hotel in the Los Angeles, California area for the Grand Prize winner and one other person that the winner selects that is 21 years old or older (a “Friend”) for the nights of August 24, 2017 and August 25, 2017.
An airline ticket for the winner and a Friend to fly from the nearest major airport to such winner respective location in the continental United States to Los Angeles, California. The flights to Los Angeles, California will be on August 24, 2017 and the return flights will be on August 26, 2017. Sponsor reserves the right to arrange for alternate transportation to Los Angeles, California if it deems the winner is too close to Los Angeles, California for a flight to be necessary. The Friend must travel on the same itinerary as the winner. The Friend and the winner are responsible for all expenses necessary for them to board the flight to Los Angeles, California from the nearest major airport to the winner’s location in the continental United States.
Two (2) pairs of Tamara Mellon shoes each for the winner and a Friend in the shoe size that the winner provided in the winning Entry. The Friend must provide a shoe size in order to be able to receive this portion of the Grand Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to select the shoes that will be awarded to the winner and the Friend.

Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) each in cash to the winner and a Friend to be used for transportation and food while the two individuals are in Los Angeles, California.
A helicopter ride over Los Angeles, California for the winner and a Friend, subject to weather conditions and other force majeure events while the winner and a Friend are in Los Angeles, California. The winner and the Friend should be prepared, willing, and able to sit on the edge of the helicopter and hang their legs over the side of the helicopter to take a picture over the Los Angeles, California skyline with the Tamara Mellon shoes awarded as part of this Sweepstakes. Safety precautions will be taken and provided by the helicopter tour provider.
The total Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $7,000.
