Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, three (3) prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes: (i) One (1) Grand Prize, and (ii) two (2) Runner-Up Prizes. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes is one hundred thirty thousand dollars ($130,000 USD) in total, consisting of the Grand Prize and Two Runner-Up Prizes as described below.
One (1) Grand Prize. The Grand-Prize consists of either: (i) one 1967 Chevy C10 short-bed classic truck customized by Tri-Works Hot Rods (ARV of approximately eighty thousand dollars ($80,000 USD), plus twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to be applied toward any of winner’s potential tax liability for the prize, OR (ii) an alternate cash prize of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000 USD) total, subject to IRS withholding requirements. If winner selects the cash option (ii) in lieu of the Truck option, he or she will only receive fifty thousand dollars ($50,000 USD) and no other consideration. If winner selects the Truck option (i) in lieu of the cash option, he or she will receive the Truck and twenty thousand dollars ($20,000).
Two (2) Runners-Up Prizes. Two (2) Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded to two different Runner-Up Prize Winners. One (1) Runner-Up Winner will receive the Runner-Up Prize “Garage Make Over” (ARV of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000 USD)), and one Runner-Up Prize Winner will receive the Runner-Up Prize “Premium Tool Kit with Storage” (ARV of five thousand dollars ($5,000 USD))
