Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) available to be won. One (1) Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a prize package to include:
• $25,000 cash; and
• $25,000 cash to be awarded to the mother in the Grand Prize Winner’s life (“Grand Prize Winner’s Mother”).
The Grand Prize Winner and Grand Prize Winner’s Mother will be awarded in the form of a $25,000 check.
The ARV of Grand Prize: $50,000.
Second Prizes: There are one hundred (100) Second Prizes (each, a “Second Prize”) available to be won. Each Second Prize winner (each, a “Second Prize Winner”) will receive one (1) year of BOTOX® Cosmetic treatments in the form of four (4) Allē Rewards* valued at five hundred dollars ($500) each. The ARV of each Second Prize: $2,000.
Third Prizes: There are one thousand (1,000) Third Prizes (each, a “Third Prize”) available to be won. Each Third Prize winner (each, a “Third Prize Winner”) will receive one (1) one hundred dollar ($100) Allē Reward*. The ARV of each Third Prize: $100.
