o Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil: May 23, 2010 and April 16, 2018.  
o Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil: May 23, 2010 and December 31, 2015.  
o Bertolli Classico Olive Oil: May 23, 2010 and December 31, 2015.  
Your household can make a claim for only up to five Product purchases and will receive a maximum combined recovery of $25 for all claimed purchases, unless you submit proof of purchase
