As a participant in our pilot project, we will install a solar water heater on your roof at no charge, without any negative impact to the appearance of your home, with no change to your current water heater, and with no long-term undisclosed costs. As one of GWS’ approved customers, you will only be metered and billed for the hot water energy you consume. In other words, GWS will install the system for free. You only pay for the energy that our system provides – at a guaranteed rate less than what you are currently paying for your traditional water heating source! We provide an environmentally-preferable approach to heating water with no risk, no upfront costs, and no long-term maintenance fees. Best of all, you can purchase the system at any time using your monthly payments as credit towards the purchase – so eventually, you will own the system!
Through participation in our pilot project, you will realize many benefits including the following:
You will receive guaranteed lower long-term rates than that from utilities or gas marketers and, therefore, long term savings.
In the event of electrical or natural gas system interruptions, you will have a reliable source of water heating.
The energy you are billed for will be credited towards the purchase of the system. Once yours, all energy generated from the system is completely free, compared to your natural gas and electricity bills which are sunk costs never to be recovered.
You will have no upfront or maintenance costs.

A south-facing portion of your roof is available and shade-free
You currently use electricity to heat your water
There is space next to your current water heater for an additional storage tank
