This is from the other day for the free cell phones from reachoutmobile and safelink. I used the safelink because that is the one that covered my area. I got the phone and charger and 71 minutes. I also will receive 68 minutes a month until Aug. 2010! This came in less than a week!

im looking at the site right now and it says you have to already be a part of certain programs.
did you have to lie?

No, I didn’t have to lie. I fell under the low income. My children also get medicaid, so that qualified me. My friend receives none of the programs and she qualified.

i am lost someone help me please….i qualified and i will get the phone in 5-7 days, now the question is…do i have to pay for something ? or i will get free minutes each month for a year ? thanks !

No, you don’t have to pay for anything. Just make sure you have your phone turned on between the 1st and the 3rd of the month and the minutes will automatically load. You do not have to pay for anything.
