Just got this email today I must have got one before and trashed it …
Good morning!

We have yet to hear back from you regarding your recent win in the Mentos Gum XBox Challenge within On Air with Ryan Seacrest.

You have won one (1) XBox 360 gaming system! You will be responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.

We sent paperwork your way at the end of July. We need this filled out before we can send an XBox your way. If you wish to decline the prize, please let me know.

Otherwise, please send back the attached paperwork by next Monday, August 31st, or we will select a new winner.
