Ugh, why won’t they accept prepaid cards for payment information. I hate when they’re like that.

Even if a real credit card it won’t let you submit and get the movie since it comes out with a negative amount with the coupon code since to rent its less than $5 and payment won’t process…..

I ad to fight with them this morning to remove a charge form my card. They are now saying the codes are for purchases only(not the streaming ~ which makes no sense at all) I just think they are greedy and dont want to give away free movies!!!

I had the same issue. charged my card. when I called I was told it was my fault that I had clicked in the wrong places. He even asked why I hadn’t watched the movies yet and was extremely defensive. Rep said that they’d refund my card, but with customer service like that I will not be using this service in the future “free” or not!

BEWARE. The codes went through. It showed I purchased it one rental and one purchase and they charged me for both. I have been disputing it with them all week and they have lied about it with 3 different lies. Never use them and I won’t use toys r us anymore either. Shady company.
