I got a $10 product and with shipping it was just under $19. So it was free with the $20 credit but I didn’t get the under $12 free product. Hmmmm.

I got the lip gloss in lemon grass and the stila kit that includes the tinted moisturizer, three eye shadows and cheek blush with a darker shade of lip gloss. I really hope it delivers to my house!

The site now says that “CUSTSERV10″ requires a $35 minimum subtotal and that “GIFT” is invalid… hopefully everyone got to use one or the other earlier to get what they wanted

I jsut ordered something else by registrering under a different email address,
it was 20, and used CUSTSERV10, so I got the credit and coupon code, didnt even have to enter CC info,
hope I do get it since I put in my home address both times, they might catch me with the same home address, what u guys think???

after you use the link at the top to sign up you’ll have the $20 credit in your account already so choose something under $12 like the Angel Light compact thingy and add it to your cart. It asks for your info but you don’t have to enter a credit card number…

Well – I spent $18.95, but I used the $20 and the $10 CUSTSERV10 and got 2 of the Stila Lip Pots.
I figure I can toss in a lip gloss into my niece’s Christmas gifts this year – it comes out to $3.15 per lip gloss. I suppose that’s a good deal.

I don’t think they’re still giving out gift codes! This is what my email said:

Yeah! I’m having problems with it, also. I have to put in a CC, the CUSTSERV10 coupon is saying it’s expired, and before I hit “submit” it says it’s going to charge the whole amount, even though I see a $30 credit at the top of the page..???
I entered my Paypal debit card number (which doesn’t have but a couple of dollars on it) just to see if it would try to charge it (my haute total was less than $30 with shipping) and it tried….said card declined.

I called the customer service # and they said that b/c too many people were using the same code that now they want you to buy the item outright and then call them and they will credit your cc. Kind of a hassle so I think I may hold on to it for awhile. In the FAQs it says that credits never expire so maybe in a few weeks it will be back up and running…

i cant see my $30 in my account anymore. It vanished. I called them and they said that they are taking off the credit. But they have asked if we have the order no for which the code “INSTLYE” was given then then can credit. Do anyone has the order number for that. If so please pass it

My credit wasn’t used and my debit card was charged. I’ve called twice and they said they would be taking it off but it’s been since the 17th and nothing has changed.

Now I’m really pissed. I just checked my bank account and it was charged the full amount and the website says I redeemed my $20 credit. I tried to call again but they are only open M-F. I emailed them a 3rd time. If this isn’t fixed Monday I am contacting the BBB and posting this all over the web!

wowzers. i was one of the first ones about this and also about the $30. ya i did a few things but once i heard about the ppl getting their cards charged i tripped out. i immediately checked my bank statement and gladly i was not charged. whew it would have been a lot.
anyhow…so i am thinking they are charging full price for the late bloomers for this credit. on one of my accounts, i still have my $20 dollar credit shown that i have not used. so yah. whew

I signed up in the begining when it was $20, missed out on the $30. But everytime i went to buy something everything $12 and under was sold out. Until now! woo hoo
I just purchased a Clover quartz necklace by heidi klum for $8.50. with shipping it was almost $17.
They have the area for payment info, but i just left it blank and they automatically applied my credit. so I did not have to give any cc info. and still have a $3 and some credit (though i prob won’t use it lol).
So hurry over and see if there are any left!!

Well me my sis mom and bf and my bro all opened accts. on hautelook with the 20 cred and we used the custserv10 code to get an extra 10$ off. however only a couple of the orders went through. hautelook said that these codes were supposed to be for 20% off instead of 20$ free cred. and that these were fraudulent codes.
they revoked the credit and canceled all orders that got through processing before they caught the glitch.
i dont think i will ever use hautelook again.
my moms and my lip gloss was delivered today. but everyone elses orders were canceled and now they have no credit in their acct. which is unfair and sucks. how were we supposed 2 know that this was a fraud code? they should have let us have the credit. i just cant believe they actually went in and canceled peoples orders.
