HERE IS THE EMAIL I JUST GOT FROM THE CANDLE LADY
They were already on their way. No you don’t understand from my point. I appreciated everyone came to the site, I appreciated and started dialogs with a few of them. However when you get someone on there that is advertising their false email, someone that is on there with a spoof phone number and most likely wrong name but correct address to collect the free service and not return well I am sorry in today’s world with the finances the way they are I cannot as a company send out 400 samples and get 200 of them back.
I am trying to run a business here and as having a degree in business I understand sending samples is a great gesture to get them in the door, however it was not meant to be abused it was for those that were truly interested in the company and seeing how our candles were maybe for later purchase.
So for as much as I truly did not want to respond to this email you are making personal attacks, you are not understanding from a business point of view. Fake Emails, Fake Phones -0001112222 – and customers that did not understand the server problem.
Thank you for your time, and I am sure that I will not lose anyone that was truly interested since I logged on this morning to another 19 sample requests after the 24 yesterday, that will weed them out as I had asked.
PERSONAL ATTACK? WTF WORLD IS THIS WOMAN LIVING IN? AND I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS A LONG TIME. YOU DONT GO INSULTING AND ATTACKING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. MORON

i have posted both MY email to her and this repsonse to the company review in the forum. i emailed her back and told her that not only has she now probably lost up to 10 thousand potential customers(1000 members here who will potentially complain to 10 people each a common business thing to know) but i am an online blogger on 2 sites plus belong to 10 msn women’s groups with 50-75 members in each. i told her to the math. that many more people are going to hear about how bad her customer service tactics are. say buh by to all those potential customers.

Thanks for sticking up for me the way I look at is if you put something out there for free then you had better expect that aLOT of people will respond and you had better be ready for that.Like i said if you can’t handle it then Don’t do it in the first place And being rude is not a way to infuence potencial customers I will go out of my way to tell people not to buy products from her because of her buisness tactics. sorry just had to put my 2 cents in

I just leave mine out. No fridge. They come in a net bag around here. Just leave them in the bag at room temp is all I have ever done.
