today is my (adopted) mama’s 94th birthday…she is living in an assisted living facility…I sign up for many of these to be sent to her…so that she may frequently receive mail

Great idea Strawberrygal! My grandma was just put in a nursing home and I know she will get a kick out of free stuff. Her body is weak but her mind is SHARP, so this is a great thing to use as a pick me up.

my mama’s mind is no longer what it was at an earlier time…so she receives these ‘surprises’ with the excitment of a 5 yr old…and it is a joy to see the smile on her face
