one baby asleep one more to go than i have to pick up something woder what im going to do untill my back starts hurtting back labor messed up my back pretty good does not help not three months later fall off the steps and land on my butt

yeah mine to i had back labor for both babies and now i just gets to where im crying if i do to much becasue the pain goes up my back and also down my legs

i hurt my back a couple of weeks ago liftine wood and know i have this pain on my right side that hurts if i move the wrong way! and it hurts so bad that sometimes i cry! i trie so hard not to do it around my boys because my youngest will get upset if he sees me upset!

Yeah got the last summer, its been posted a couple times. IIRC they dont come, its a real old freebie.

he is good! i enjoy my time with him-i plan on going back to work in may though im gona miss mommy and me time-but im so glad i got to stay home with him and witness him crawling and taking his first steps his first word{mama!] god they grow so fast!

Cassandra&bradsgirl- The pain in your back that is SHOOTING up and down your body is from your siatic nerve! Mine was so bad after I had my son that I couldn’t get out of bed! I went to a back cracker and it was better in days! If you have a side that it is more painfull on DON”T SLEEP ON THAT SIDE_ Sleep with a pillow between your knees to elevate your hip area-Moise heating pad. And the best one have your husband roll a tennis ball around on your lower back to loosin (he-he) things up! hope this helps!

btw: your coccyx (tail bone) can be fractured (broken) easily. This happens quite a bit during delivery with the combination of strength of the contractions and the baby’s head. Can also be caused by a fall. The only treatment is pallative (treat the symptoms) and patience. The bone will heal on its own. There is nothing to speed up the process…just time. Maureen gave some very valuble suggestions…particularly the use of the pillow. Fractured coccyx can cause sciatic nerve compression=pain.

Maureen-I had a microdisectomy about 5yrs ago, and thank god I have no probs! I hobbled around on pain pills before three months and finally couldn’t take it anymore. Stopping the medicine was living h*ll……the aligning of the spine is absolutely the best thing you can do while laying (if you can) that was a very “pertitent” point

Oh yeah And be carefull lifting those beautifull babies. Bend at the knees!

yeah iv been doing it but still so hard becasue it hurts when im trying to stand for so long and does not help that i had both babies 10 months 3 days appart but the little one came at 29 weeks so it should of not been that close!!

I’m so sorry your back is hurting, I went through some bad times with back pain for some years, and last year it got to the point of me crying almost every day,,,, I finally bit the bullet and changed my medications to include some strong pain pills,, I avoided them for years out of fear of addiction or turning loopy in the head,, and I was such a wussy,, because the pain was so great, the pain pills cause me no side affects ,, they do not make me tired, no memory loss, no loopyness,, but I do not have any option for surgeries for my nerve damage caused by an accident,, I’m kind of screwed,, also when I started taking pain meds, i started taking a medication neurotin,, that seems to work good on my damaged nerves as well,,
hope you can get all fixed up good as new soon!

By the By-I am catholic (born one anyway) the rosary is a blessing for anyone. I haved switched faith to methodism(?) and find I go alot more. I don’t want to bring up any offensive conversations, just wanted to ad it’s okay if you’re not catholic, really
