I’ve entered my info 5 times and keep getting the service is unavailable page. Apparently people are getting confirmation emails even after getting this message, but I haven’t. I guess I’ll keep entering my info until I get that email.

It finally worked for me after trying about 30 times over almost an hour. So as revenge of sorts on Pantene I ordered one for me and sent one to my mom across the state. She loves Pantene!
