Its officially my first day of my 2 week spring break and I am at home not doing anything with no exciting plans. No money to do anything blah. Chris we need a ticket freebie or something so that I can do something lol.

there was rhat delta 750 miles freebie, but i’m so broke, i couldn’t afford the hotel and other expenses after i got there

Try doing the PONDS free movie ticket promo, you have to find the peelie on a box of a ponds product, but after you find that and peel it off you can go home and print off a movie ticket to see Mammamia or any other Universal Pic!! You will also need the UPC# but you can get it online. :wink:

welp Roundy’s called me late last night. wow huh? calling on a sunday? never heard of that before. so they apologised profusely and said that they are doing a thorough look into what could have happened to make us sick. they have pulled the calamari rings from our local stores in case any more are contaminated. someone from thier peeps in charge of quality control might call me today to get the information again from me that is on the box i retained. she said it is unlikely they will want it sent to them as it would thaw before it got there and would be hard to detect what made US sick at that point. she asked if i got my money back and i said yes. she asked then what else Roundy’s could do to make this up to us. I said that hey, i got my money back. and i am still a roundy’s customer. I told her i felt this was a one time issue that probably the trucking company let the product thaw somehow or someone putting away didnt work fast enough. though i will never get the calamari again! LOL she then said that they want to send me a gift card for our troubles. she didnt say how much. so we will see huh?
how much is 4 people being TERRIBLY ill worth i wonder to roundy’s?

It’s surprising that they are doing anything. Most places take the stance of “deny, deny, deny” when there’s a chance of food poisoning. They usually won’t take a position of blame until several people have gotten sick.

4 of us were sick. so i think they took this a tad seriously. it was the ONLY food in common for all 4 of us. it was fast and furious. though i took longer to recover cause i ate twice as much, i am a piggy! LOL

we ate it around 5pm. i was woken up at 1am with violent illness, you can imagine it. my husband started getting ill shortly after me. and in the morning when i talked ot my housemates they had also been ill during the night.
Very hard to find the free stuff on the website. Also is very slow.

Believe me Sonya it happnes a lot. not the first time, it goes away after 2-3 weeks.. doctor will just tell me to relax it, but i need to type

Yes, i am the biggest clutz! i once slipped on a paper, and busted my butt, and hurt my knew a little, but i was laughing in the end.. another time, i bumped my head with a tv in a mini bus.. people stared so i acted cool.. lol! i’m soo clumsy
