the 6 “virtual” caps are right at the top of the document. Just mail in the form thats all you have to do

You have to send in real caps only if you aren’t in the states listed. The states listed can send in just the form which includes the virtual caps.

this ones confusing. it doesnt state those states only and then it says to send a 3×5 plus 6 caps with sufficent postage. that means for the caps right? The residents in the states listed are not required to send the caps right. ok bottom line the zip code trick is put one of those states with my zip, right?

i think it means, TX sends in caps and pays $2 because TX is not included in the list of states that don’t have to send caps.

when u print the form your 6 is all ready on the form it says dont send caps

Sucks that TX has to pay $2. It doesn’t make sense that TX residents has to pay $2 when the company IS in TX

It does suck, but it’s not about where the company is located. Sadly, TX (where i live) can’t get in on any of the freebies from any of the alcohol or beer companies. I think there is some ridiculous state law.
I just send stuff to my family in Oklahoma and either have them send it on, or go pick it up.
