   even though some love it, i despise it.

   its carbonated so it gives u that burpy feeling in the gym. only gives you the ‘pump’ and not any focus. there are many others which are far superior. in the end its your choice.

   Its not carbonated if it comes in a powder, my son drinks it all the time, ive tried it ,,,not carbonated if in powder form and you add water to it…buys it at the vitamin shoppe and you can get free samples at freebees.com ,, I think its that one,,there are other free sites you can try if its not on that one….:)
