There should be a link that says install silverlight right on the artscow page when you try to create your mousepad.

Yes, it is free. I ordered mine last night. If you order one mousepad, it is completely free with the code. Each additional one is something like $3.99 (if you order more than one). If you ordered more than one and have a free credit for one on your account, that may be where the charge is coming from. The credits you get on your account when you join are free, but you have to pay shipping.

Woo Hoo, made one of mountains & glaciers from a marine cruise to Whittier, Ak. Too scared to try the collage one, I have to stick to one photo! Only then can I handle the Silverlight thing….Thanks Chris!

Again, if there is a shipping charge, you must have done something wrong. Did you also share it on your facebook page? Because the code doesn’t work unless you do, and you have to have at least 50 friends on your friends list.

It was trying to charge me 1.99 for shipping until I clicked on “Share with Friends on Facebook.” Once I shared, it let me have it for free. Hope that helps! I ordered a cute one of my two kids hugging for my dad or brother for Christmas.

There is also a limit of 200 free mousepads per day.
For those of you having trouble with this, you need to click connect to facebook, then click share and you have to have at least 50 friends on facebook in order for the code to work. Hope that helps!
