I clearly state “no returns” and they still want to return. Some lady ordered 2 sweaters from me & she doesnt like them. I keep telling her no but she won’t take no as an answer.

Yeah, it can be a real pain. Since sellers are not allowed to leave negs anymore, it really went downhill, in my opinion.
Do we need to enter credit card info when ordering from 1 800 FLOWERS even though the item is free ?
