    Awesome!

Will Target still take the coupons if I have 2 of the $1.00 off two and 4 $1.50 offs to get 4 4packs or can I only get just the two free?

I hope you can understand what I’m asking. This coupon business is confusing.

yes, one target coupon and 1 manufacturer coupon per item/purchase as long as it does not say limit one per transaction…

The Target coupons say “limit one identical offer per transaction”. I guess that means these aren’t free then? That would make them only $0.50 for two 4packs.

hmm.. again depends on who your cashier is.. are there still $1/1 manufacturer coupons for this product? actually this gives overage.. $1.50 target coupon with $1/1 coupon = -$0.50 to go towards other products you are buying.. hand manufacturer Q first then target Q.. there will be no beeps.. If cashier imposes limit one offer per transaction, you will still get 1 free..

    toph replied on May 31st, 2010 :

last time it was not limit one offer per transaction.. :(

    Anna replied on May 31st, 2010 :

    Different topic, sort of:

If I have a manufacturer’s coupon for $1 off 2 Post cereals, and Target has a coupon for $1 off 2 Post cereals, that means i buy two boxes and receive $2 off, right?

    toph replied on May 31st, 2010 :

yes right as long as the other coupon is a TARGET coupon, it has a different barcode.. you can also print manufacturer coupons from the Target site..

you can print 2 $2 off 1 Post cereal coupon here per computer:

:( I couldn’t print the IE coupons. It said I reach my limit. I did print the Target. I haven’t printed theses since the last time this was offered.

You can read & print TARGET’s COUPON POLICY HERE: http://www.target.com/Coupon-Policy-Store-Merchandise-Information/b?ie=UTF8&node=2223357011
(keep in mind different stores have different policies) :)

“We’ll accept one Target coupon and one manufacturer coupon for the same item, unless either coupon prohibits it.”

That means that I can use one manufacturer coupon (this particular one is for two items) so i can use two Target coupons (if they let me), right?

Pam, all target stores are supposed to follow the same policy. if they dont, customers can call guest relations about it and the store will be informed to follow the policy. a customers best bet is to also print a copy and carry it with them.

anna your manufacters coupon COULD be used with 2 target coupons IF the wording on the target coupon does not prohibit it. :bigthumb:

I print it out and bring it along. I’ve been thinking about you while trying to do all this since you keep getting all of those scrubbing bubbles stuff and I was actually going to ask you if you could teach me and show me what you need to do coupon-wise.

The fine print on the target coupons are “limit one identical offer per transaction”. That means that you can only use 1 $1.50 off coupon with the manufacturer’s coupon, right? So that would make them $0.50 instead of $2 which is still a good deal and worth doing for 8 lightbulbs.

My brother works at Wal-Mart and he follows policy to every last word. He will even card the 80 year olds buying alcohol. :kekeke: If the people at Target are anything like him, than nothing will be free for me. I will just have to see. On the Sobe Lifewaters, even if they only let me use one $0.50 off coupon (same fine print as the lightbulbs) that’s still $4.50 for 10 bottles of water and a $5 gift card. I was only able to print 4 BOGOs so that’s still only $7.50 so with the gift card for a future purchase, my mom will only be paying $2.50. I think that’s a good deal. I wish my brother would’ve hooked up his printer last night though so I could’ve gotten one more BOGO so I would only have to pay $4.50, with the gift card, a $0.50 profit. I have other free product coupons, so from what I have heard, the overage will carry over and I will get more discounts. Can you tell me how overage works?

“(keep in mind different stores have different policies)” means that stores OTHER THAN TARGET don’t follow the same policy set forth by Target…print a copy and take it with you…and check each store policy and do the same when shopping at other stores such as ie..walgreens, walmart, kroger etc etc..

anna”’sounds like walmart is lucky to have an employee like your brother!!! :h5: (sounds like management material)…my thought behind “hot deals” and “high dollar” and “free” coupons is exactly the same as when i try for free things online..i do not go in expecting success each and every time ….no need for shopping to turn a person into a bitter old soul (and i see them out shopping ALL the time)! :kekeke:

They really are! I just wish he would show up on time. He could’ve been promoted at least by now since he’s been there for 5 or 6 years, but he doesn’t want a management position. He has a lot of medical problems, too, so I can understand why he wouldn’t be chosen. He has received a lot of awards.

I probably would follow all of the rules, too, if I was a cashier. My job isn’t worth losing over someone not wanting to pay an extra $0.50 or following the rules on coupons. If the cashier wants to do it, more power to her, but I’m not going to expect her, too. :)

I used so many coupons today that the girl didn’t even check on the extra Target coupons. I got 10 bottles of Sobe Lifewater for $2.00 & a 5 dollar gift card. They were the only ones left and on the highest shelf and we had to use a can of Pringles to get them down. :kekeke: Got 4 4packs of lightbulbs for free also, with a total of $1.00 overage on those. We spent $54 and saved $48 with all of my coupons!

Like I had said on the original SoBe post,(when there were comments on it)I have never had a problem at Target using both manufacturer and Target coupons together, and it is in their policy that it is allowed.I don’t think I’ve ever seen a manufactures coupon that didn’t say “limit one coupon per offer” Maybe Target(and Walgreens as well) worked out some sort of deal with the manufacturers that sell their products in their stores,to allow it.
Watch out tho,you might be accused of promoting coupon fraud! LOL! ;) Man,what a ridiculous amount of bs I got over these stupid SoBe waters! And I couldn’t even print the coupons from my computer in the first darn place, which was the very first comment I had made on the post!!And I still don’t know why I was getting grief in the first darn place! :dunno: For liking a post that I couldn’t even get, unless I get someone else to print them for me?! Wow. :eek3:
I won’t even comment on the bulb one because it’s not worth the headache.
Kudos on the bulbs(and the rest) as well. ;)
I see you do pretty well for yourself! :bigthumb:
