REALLY REALLY REALLY YACK!! in fact calling it Yack gives real yack a bad name! OMG foul.
i just had stomach surgery and was on a liguid diet. I starved for a week after tasting this stuff the first time. i literally wanted to starve rather than drink it. in the end, passing out from needing to eat FORCED me to drink the crud. but i was not happy doing it. i lost about 15 pounds in 2 weeks. UGH

Bummer I’ve tried the Glucerna shakes my hubby’s a diabetic and he said they would be betterif he could mix them with ICE CREAM I think that defeats the point

My mom drinks this stuff every day at work. I can’t recall if I have tried it or not.
I have had my share of glucerna shakes though, and those aren’t bad at all. I stopped drinking those when I found out they had splenda in them though. I still got most of case left too.

cool! i wonder what they taste like?
they even give you the option of either printing it out or getting it mailed to you- i chose to get it mailed to you-oh and fyi when you submit your info it takes you back to the info page but if you scroll down to the bottom of the page by the submit button youll see its processing your info and then they say that you shoud recieve your coupons soon!
