    TMobile has the WORST Customer Service… My mom was on the phone with them forever just to ask a simple question the other day!!
    They put her on hold, & you could here their conversations & account numbers being given…I’m not a genious but I know that’s not good… :noes:

    weird, I’ve always heard that they have the best customer service. Everyone usually says sprint has the worst, but I never had any problem with them. Ive had some issues with ATT(cingular), but Im with them now for the iPhone
