UPS showed up with recommend the teacher Febreeze kit, but the candle was smashed, the rest was ok. UPS is really getting bad these days. They also smashed up two amazon orders, luckily amazon replace them. amazon is great!

I had a bunch of claims in with UPS way back when. They came and inspected the broken items that were insured and I never got a dime. I always use the post office because I have no problems getting paid for the damage they cause. I have done lots of claims for customers with them and have never not been approved and all received their checks within a months time. I just dont trust UPS anymore so I dont use them.
